To complete a business licence application you will need the following information:

• Business name, address, contact information, business start date, and a brief description of your business
• A $50.00 non-refundable application fee. Licence fees are due after your application has been reviewed and approved. Licence fees vary by business type and are listed in the Business Licence and Regulation Bylaw No. 12585. You will be asked if your business is Home Based and if you are applying for an Inter-Community (Mobile) Licence.

If you are completing a business licence application on behalf of someone else, you will need to upload the Owner's Authorization Form.

The processing time for a new business licence is approximately two weeks but may take longer due to the complexity of certain licence types and inspection requirements.
