Depending on your property, the following may be required to complete your business licence application:

• Number of sleeping units (bedrooms) being used for your short-term rental accommodation
• A Self-Evaluation Safety Audit Attestation
• A Good Neighbour Agreement
• A Fire Evacuation Plan that includes the entire dwelling unit.
• One piece of government issued identification.
• One principal residence supportive document: ICBC certificate of insurance and vehicle licence, home owner grant declaration confirmation, official notice from government agency or Crown corporation.
• An Owner Consent Form, where the operator is a tenant, to be signed by the operator and the property owner.
• A Tenancy Agreement, if applicable
• A Strata Council Consent Form, where the property is stratified, to be signed by the operator and the noted executive strata member.
• A Fractional Ownership Agreement, if applicable
